Deanna Armstrong is an executive leadership coach and consultant who believes in empowering her clients to be their best selves. As a coach, Deanna works with her clients to remove performance blocks, clarify their personal values and elevate their leadership capabilities. 

Deanna is an accomplished executive coach and thought leader with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, sales, marketing, market access, and health equity. Passionate about empowering leaders, Deanna combines a deep understanding of industry dynamics with a commitment to fostering growth and development.  As an executive coach, she leverages a wealth of knowledge gained from key roles at prestigious organizations, including Sanofi, IBM, UCB, Citi, and Johnson and Johnson.

Deanna holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, a Master of Science from Indiana University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.  She also broadened her expertise by attending the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad. This diverse educational background informs a unique coaching style that blends strategic insight with practical application.

As the host of the Acuity + Acumen Podcast, Deanna engages with thought leaders and innovators to explore actionable strategies for navigating the challenges of modern leadership. Residing in Texas with her wonderful family, Deanna enjoys traveling, reading, and everything Disney, reflecting a commitment to both professional excellence and personal joy.
